Below is a historical list that includes many of the beers that we have released since launch.
Lucky Launch Day Lager
STYLE: Mexican Lager
Classic Mexican-style lager that is equal parts mellow and smooth. Flaked maize and German malts merge to form a crisp, light-bodied beer. Boasts an aroma of softly spiced hops and corn chips. Best enjoyed during rocket launches.
"There is a fine line between ritual and superstition, and in a life-threatening business such as spaceflight, superstition can be comforting even to the nonbeliever." – Scott Kelly, Astronaut
Of Kölsch I Still Love You
STYLE: Honey Kölsch
Refreshing, dry, and light. Noble hops and tangy Huajillo honey combine to create the perfect Texas summer brew. Inspired by recent advances in reusable spaceflight, this beer pours light gold and carries a subtle honey aroma. Clean, crisp, and deliciously crushable.
“Love is the one thing we’re capable of perceiving that transcends dimensions of time and space. Maybe we should trust that, even if we can’t understand it.” – Brand, Interstellar
STYLE: Hazy IPA
This double dry-hopped IPA is bursting with sweet notes of pineapple, peach, and blueberry. Named after an iconic Mars rocket prototype, this beer boasts a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and the perfect bitterness profile.
"The cosmos is within us. We are made of star-stuff. We are a way for the universe to know itself." – Carl Sagan
STYLE: Martian Red Ale
Terraform your taste buds with bold flavors of roasted toffee and malted caramel. A late addition of Noble hops lends subtle floral "Earth"-y undertones to this dry red ale. Pours a dark amber with a smooth robust body. To Mars!
“Mars is a fixer-upper of a planet, but we could make it work.” – Elon Musk
Moon Base Alpha
STYLE: Hazy IPA
First version (alpha version) of our rotating Hazy series. Juicy, fruity, and super dank. Double dry-hopped to the moon with Galaxy, Comet, and Cryo Cashmere.
"The Moon is the first milestone on the road to the stars." – Arthur C. Clarke
Dust Devil (Silver Medal @ Texas Craft Brewers Cup 2023)
STYLE: Red West Coast Double IPA
A citrusy, piney, bitter, West Coast Red Double IPA brewed with Citra, Belma, and Bru-1 hops. Our tribute to the epic dust storms of Mars.
"The edge of the storm isn’t a magic line. It’s just an area where the dust gets a little more dense. It’ll be really subtle; every day will be slightly darker than the last. Too subtle to notice. He'll go hundreds of kilometers, wondering why his solar panel efficiency is going down, before he notices any visibility problems. And the storm is moving west as he moves east. He'll be too deep in to get out." – Andy Weir, The Martian
STYLE: Australian Pale Ale
This sessionable pale ale is abundantly hopped with Galaxy and Enigma. Lightly hazy and deliciously tropical. Named after one of the earliest manned spaceflight programs at NASA that occurred between the Mercury and Apollo programs.
"If we die, we want people to accept it. We're in a risky business, and we hope that if anything happens to us it will not delay the program. The conquest of space is worth the risk of life." – Gus Grissom, Gemini Astronaut
Refreshing Unfiltered Decoction (R.U.D.)
STYLE: Belgian Witbier
Traditional Belgian wheat beer lightly spiced with coriander and zested orange peel. An explosion of bright citrus notes and accents of peppery fruit that will blow your mind — and hopefully nothing else.
"When you're getting ready to launch into space, you're sitting on a big explosion waiting to happen." – Sally Ride, Astronaut
STYLE: Raspberry Wheat
Light and refreshing raspberry wheat beer. Pours pale purple and finishes with a sweet, tart bite.
“Space is an inspirational concept that allows you to dream big.” – Peter Diamandis
STYLE: Imperial Stout
Dark and roasty imperial stout with notes of coffee and roasted barley. Smooth and creamy finish.
"All civilizations become either spacefaring or extinct." – Carl Sagan
