Starbase Brewing Featured at Space Center Houston’s 2025 Moon2Mars Festival

Starbase Brewing, the Texas-based craft brewery with its sights set on becoming the first beer on Mars, is thrilled to announce its selection as one of two featured breweries at Space Center Houston’s Moon2Mars Festival, running March 9-22, 2025. This multi-week celebration of space exploration, presented by Wellby Financial, will showcase Starbase Brewing’s cosmic-inspired brews, Of Kölsch I Still Love You and Occupy Marz, to over 150,000 attendees. Starbase team members will be on-site throughout the festival, pouring beers and connecting with space enthusiasts and craft beer lovers alike.
The Moon2Mars Festival, held at Space Center Houston, is a spring break highlight that launches visitors into the future of space exploration. This year’s event promises an out-of-this-world experience with activities including hands-on science exhibits at the Future Astronaut Training Grounds, live concerts from Third Eye Blind on March 15th and The Revivalists on March 22nd, tram tours of NASA’s Johnson Space Center, and interactive displays in the new Artemis Exhibit, which explores humanity’s return to the Moon. Attendees can also cool off in the Lunar Lounge beer garden (21+), where Starbase Brewing will serve its stellar lineup alongside Houston’s True Anomaly Brewing.

Of Kölsch I Still Love You is a refreshing Kölsch inspired by reusable spaceflight brewed with tangy Huajillo honey and noble hops, while Occupy Marz is a rich amber lager tribute to Mars colonization with a full-bodied, malty experience and a hint of roasty sweetness. Both beers were crafted to fuel earthly adventures and dreams of the Red Planet.
